The Experience Behind Vantage
Vantage Intelligence is led by Alee Arsalan FCA CPA, a finance and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience across executive leadership, financial and operational management, enterprise transformation and technology implementation.
Alee has held CFO roles, working closely with boards of directors and C-suite leaders in both growth-focused and turnaround environments, including leading large-scale business expansion. He has led finance functions, transformation programmes and ERP implementations, simplifying and automating processes, driving continuous improvement, strengthening governance and controls, improving cost and working capital performance and building the reporting and performance visibility leaders rely on to make data-driven decisions.
His work has focused on where business and technology meet: understanding how work actually happens, redesigning it so it runs with less effort, and making sure systems, information and controls support the people accountable for results. He has also built and developed teams and led organisations through significant change.
He founded Vantage Intelligence to bring that business-side experience to organisations that want simpler operations, connected systems, clearer visibility, and automation and AI applied where they earn their place.
Vantage Intelligence is a newly established consultancy. The experience described here comes from working within organisations, understanding the realities of operating performance, leading change and translating business requirements into processes, systems and decisions that work in practice.
